Cylindrical Night

OK! Here's my first traditional artwork that I've been waiting to upload. It started out as a still life of an orange vase. Then I decided to add a couple more cylinders and use them to show perspective and depth. I'm trying to start a portfolio of drawing so that I can enter into an art school. So if anyone has any comments, criticism, tips, and other resources, like drawing tutorials, then I would be MORE than happy to accept. I'm serious, I can't draw really well I and I need BIG help on drawing people.

Sorry for all that talk, lol, this was made with a 2H pencil, and colored with oil pastels.
